HORSES IN THE WIND: man will never have the perfection of the horse
Baruch Spinoza
Let’s hear what the horse whispers in our ear.
At every glance, the horse, symbol of freedom and beauty, seems to remind us of what we have forgotten: freedom comes from our unity with nature and respect for life.
This series by Laurent Baheux brings together black and white photographs taken in the plains of Iceland, the Camargue and the steppes of Mongolia. It is dedicated to one of the animal species most fantasized by man. Sometimes raised, never subdued, the horse illustrates in every respect the praise of strength and majesty.
