ARTICLE 2 - PRICE
Prices are in euro all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless stated otherwise and excluding processing and shipping fees. Conversions in foreign currency are done according to the closest current exchange rates values.
In the event of an order to another country than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product or products involved. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes are likely to be payable. These fees and duties are not the responsibility of Laurent Baheux. They will be your full responsibility and cost, both in terms for declarations and for payments to the authorities and organisations competent in your country. We recommend you inquire with your local authorities regarding those issues.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
Laurent Baheux reserves the right to change the prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Laurent Baheux until the full price is paid.
Warning : as soon as you physically take possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS
The contractual information are presented mainly in French and are subject to confirmation at the latest at the time of the validation of your order.
Laurent Baheux reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and particularly in the event of a supply issue, or in case of a problem with the received order.
ARTICLE 4 - VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER
Any order recorded on this site constitutes adherence to the present General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your unrestricted compliance to the General conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All of the data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be used as evidence of the transaction.
You declare that you fully understand these conditions.
The order confirmation is worth a signature and implies full agreement with the transactions made.
A summary of your order information and these General Conditions will be sent via e-mail address as a confirmation of your order.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT
Validating your order implies that you are obligated to pay the listed price.
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card or wire transfer. The card is charged at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALMENTS WITH ALMA
Instalment/deferred payment is available through our partner Alma in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal. Payment security is provided by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Amount of purchases
P2X: Only purchases between €100 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
P3X: Only purchases between €150 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
P4X: Only purchases between €200 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
By paying in instalments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees.
Alma is a tele-payment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code.
Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, entails the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.
ARTICLE 7 - WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121 - 21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reasons or incurring penalties.
Returns must be sent in their original condition and in full and are made under your sole responsibility. Any damage to the product during the return may cancel the right of withdrawal.
The return costs are at your own expense.
In case of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Laurent Baheux will refund of the amounts paid, within a period of 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same payment method as the one used to order.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customised (order with dedication).
ARTICLE 8 - AVAILABILITY
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on this site and within the limit of the stocks available. The photos are printed by order only and under control of Laurent Baheux. If a product becomes unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. The delay of the Reproduction printing can vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the time of year.
ARTICLE 9 - DELIVERY
The products are delivered with a tracking number to the address of delivery given when ordering.
In case of a delayed shipment, an email is sent to the customer. Laurent Baheux is not responsible of the delay of the shipping companies but it does its best to facilitate the communication between the deliverer and the customer.
ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of Laurent Baheux could not be engaged in the event of failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. You are responsible for checking with the local authorities on the import possibilities or use of the products or services that you plan on ordering.
In addition, Laurent Baheux cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
Finally, the responsibility of Laurent Baheux cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage resulting from the use of the Internet, including a service breakdown, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTES
The language of this contract is French, but it is also translated into English. The present conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will be competent.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements of this site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Laurent Baheux. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether these are software, visual or sound elements. Any simple link or by hypertext is strictly forbidden without the express written approval of Laurent Baheux.

Laurent Baheux reserves the right to collect your personal information and data. That information is necessary to process your order, as well as to improve the services and information that we send to you.
It may also be transmitted to companies that are involved in these relations, such as those responsible for executing services and orders for their processing, execution, management and payment.
